I use Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gagné’s Nine Events of Instructions, and the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model.
The instruction design models I’m most familiar with are ADDIE, Dick and Carey, SAM, and backward design. The “best” model depends on the project — that said, I have a preference for agile methods like SAM!
